Farmers needed to help grow Indiana’s corn industry!
Your leadership can help carry the Indiana corn industry forward and benefit your fellow farmers. The Indiana Corn Marketing Council (ICMC) Board of Directors is a peer-elected farmer board that oversees the use of checkoff funds for the ICMC. This 17 member board manages corn checkoff investments, determines promotional, educational, and research activities that will strengthen Indiana’s corn industry.
Director Petition Forms for the 2023 ICMC Director Election are now available. Three-year board seats are up for election in districts 3, 6, and 9. Two at-large board seats are also up for election.
Below are seats up for election in 2023:
- District 3: One seat up for election
- District 6: One seat up for election
- District 9: One seat up for election
- At Large: Two seats up for election

District 3 Petition of Nomination
District 3 includes the counties of LaGrange, Steuben, Noble, DeKalb, Whitley, Allen, Huntington, Wells, and Adams..
District 6 Petition of Nomination
District 6 includes the counties of Blackford, Jay, Delaware,Henry, Randolph, Wayne, Fayette, and Union.
District 9 Petition of Nomination
District 9 includes the counties of Franklin, Jennings, Jefferson, Ripley, Dearborn, Ohio, Clark, Switzerland, and Scott.
At-Large Petition of Nomination
At-large seats represent the entire state of Indiana and a farmer from any district can run for at-large seats.
All candidates must be:
- ·A registered voter within the State of Indiana
- ·At least 18 years of age
- Currently engaged in the business of producing and marketing corn in Indiana under their own name or the name of an entity in which they have ownership
- A resident of the district that they seek to represent
- A producer of corn and who has paid an assessment on corn within the previous two years
